The second round of the 2025 NBA playoffs is in full swing and three teams have 3-1 series leads after Monday’s action. The Knicks and Timberwolves joined the Pacers as the teams one win away from the conference finals. The Celtics, Warriors and Cavaliers, meanwhile, all find themselves on the brink of elimination. Monday’s loss was particularly tough for Boston, which also saw Jayson Tatum go down late with a serious-looking lower leg injury .

The Pacers can be the first team to advance to the conference finals in the playoff bracket on Tuesday. They face the top-seeded Cavaliers, who were blown out in Game 4 and are dealing with a star injury of their own as Donovan Mitchell is a game-time decision on Tuesday. Thunder-Nuggets Game 5 rounds out the Tuesday schedule with that series tied, 2-2. It’s been an upset-heavy second round so far, but the Thunder remain the title favorites (+100 at DraftKings ). The Knicks now have the best odds to win the East at +120.
