Brian Richards joins the Chicago-based company as Director of Product, effective November 4, 2024. With more than 18 years of experience in public safety and judicial software, Richards is set to lead FieldWare’s product management and design teams as they push the envelope in product innovation.

His previous role as Product Solutions Manager at AdventFS honed his expertise in digital evidence management development for law enforcement. Moreover, his background as a former law enforcement officer informs his understanding of industry needs. Richards is accredited by several notable certifications, such as being a certified Training Officer, Firearms Instructor, and Defensive Tactics Instructor from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy (SCCJA).
He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Carolina - Columbia and is recognized as a SAFe® 6 Certified Product Owner/Product Manager. FieldWare LLC continues to deliver cloud-based software and mobile solutions tailored for the justice and public safety sectors.
